Put new ball bearings onto my table saw arbor. Big pain in the ass. Got saw flipped back over and re-bolted to its stand. Re-attached cast iron wings and got them flush all around. Remounted the three fence rails, got them level and with the right offset from the top. Rehung the motor on the belt and put the belt shroud on. Then fought with the switch for about an hour before giving up (and now I remember why it's giving me trouble)...tomorrow's another day to get the switch straight, then set about aligning the arbor to the miter gauge slots.
Bearings are 20 years old, I guess they don't owe me anything. Probably shouldn't have left the saw sitting without running it for two years -- I suspect that's why the bearing(s) went. Hope I don't have to do that job again for at least 2o years.
Also ran the chainsaws just to make sure all is well. They'll get to eat some tomorrow or Monday. 660 needs to crack it open and stretch her legs
