ginger molasses....they are so damn good they should be schedule 1... lol i have a pot luck to go to tomorrow those and deviled eggs are what i have to bring because i brought them once before and now the old women insist that i bring them both. the eggs are pretty good too.

i have adjusted the amount of ginger to heaping teaspoons for an added kick. i use a cookie scoop so they are all the same and when i flatten them i only squish until they about a 2 inch circle. bake for 8 minutes and leave them on the cookie sheet for a minute or so before putting them on the cooling racks....perfect every time

you're welcome. you wont be disappointed. make sure to use name brand molasses the store brand generic label seem to be seconds. i tried the store label and they werent the same.
