jakethesnake Sorry man! I had a moment of cerebral flatulence back there.
I saw the Firestone mention in your remark about the price difference and my brain just slapped it onto the picture of the BKTs.
I usually try to enlarge pictures and look them over a bit better, but I saw the dots and my ADD bit me in the arse this time.

Maybe trim those nipples off 'em so's I don't get so distracted?

Those tractors are bomb proof. Someone must've really farked up to seize that engine... Don't believe the hour meter they're known to fail. There's a little bronze gear that strips.

I have the same tractor with about 3500 hrs on it and my neighbor has one in 2wd with over 10,000 hrs. A good maintenance schedule goes a long way. I can tell you this... Parts are expensive and sometimes hard to find.

Dad's got me talked into pulling the motor and oil pan. Drive the pistons out clean put new rings, bearings, ill measure everything and probably get a new clutch while it's apart

You'll love it once you get it running. They're a little work horse. If the hours are actual that clutch should still be like new but if you have it that far apart might as well. They have a two stage clutch so you don't get engagement until near the end of pedal travel. As long as the crank is good you might get out of it fairly reasonable.

My Dad's got the big brother 2120.

Is your 1920 all gear or does it have the shuttle?

Years ago I had a fleet of 1520's. The little Mitsubishi diesels are great engines. Hydro was so handy, and the ergos were great

Those are all Shibaura front to back. My 1925 had almost 4700 hours on it when I sent it down the road.
