I am having similar issues that have been ongoing with my purchased new tractor for 4 years now. I had been in the shop 9 months of the 4 years I've had it. Thats over $2700 I've paid on it and gotta no use out of it. I will say the dealer has been working on it and they have their Midwest district rep on it. They have put at least 10k of warranty claims on it but it still isn't fixed. They get it one more time and then I am going to push strongly for a new tractor.

I would recommend this brand still to anyone and I would still buy another. I'm sure I just got the last one off the line right before spring break or something. The company and the dealer has stood behind the warranty and their product this far. We'll see what happens.
They are all bound to turn out a turd every now and again. It’s the product of modern manufacturing. I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about the cast aluminum rear end in some of the Deere compacts. I also have a friend who had to buy used parts to have his 20 year old Kubota fixed. Like I said they all are going to have trouble, but it’s how the company handles it that matters most. It’s good to hear they’ve been taking care of you.

No doubt about that. I am in the base of Deere production here and the Deere/Timberjack skidders are built about 35 miles upriver. About 20 years ago Deere built a large amount that had major engine issues. For years the repairman" job at the factory was a gravy job but that winter it was not. Deere recalled the skidders and lined them up outside. The repairmen had to change the engines in the cold and snow.
