Nice Austin. Sand it or grind it down a little and smooth out the lumps. I've had to do it in the past. Flap disks.

@ZukiRyder400 Get some hard wire, small diameter and gas. Meantime, get some anti splatter and spray with that first, no dingle berries. Also try the tack stacking method for thin stuff. Little easier and looks like tig.

3/32 no extra flux. I have been considering trying uncoated rods and flux paste.

I found the paste no good as it burns off easily. However I did just buy this and plan on doing a couple test runs with some scrap plate.

My first modified muffler for the project 357xp.

One of Duke's deflectors, reworked a bit. 1/2 inch hole through the partition next to the original hole, and 1/2 inch hole out before the partition. Tigged up Tuesday, and painted yesterday, ready to go. As can be seen in the photo, there is a small area that goes straight through..

We'll see how she does...
