Not too shabby. Other than my t27 breaking off in the upper bolt. Had to grind the head off and wait for a replacement bolt. Bastage

Nice! You can reuse the little screen holder from the oem screen on the wider weave high flow screen. Gives it a factory look. I also find the screen lasts longer with its holder and is easier to install/replace in the muffler as a bonus.887D1000-F83F-4638-B3D6-8906BC1206FC.jpegCD45F096-DEB3-47BE-905F-24BFD36EA487.jpeg

I don't like screen. But if I had to I'd definitely go with the bigger holed screen...
Nice job Mason.

I like the screens because they knock down the noise some. Many don't want them. My single ports never have a screen but the second and third ports do. Sometime two in a dual port.

I'm glad to find I'm not the only one breaking tools on a Husqvarna. They switch to t27 and compensate by making them tighter. I'd start off by adding a tool and bolt replacement fee if someone wants work done on a 5 series.

They don’t do it as bad once they’ve been run. Or if they’re warm at all. It was raining when I started porting this one so it hadn’t been run at all.
So far, the Irwin Power Bit is the best. Thought I’d try a different one to save my Irwin’s. This was a brand new Bondhus. Junk
