The times posted are correct, but the saw descriptions are mostly wrong, and the testing was done with a 24" bar and off the roll RSL chain.
There were 4 ported 460s and 2 Hybrids that competed using the B+C. My MOFO 460 was the fastest 460, and my CFB Hybrid edged that out.
We allowed 372s and 7900s to compete, but Mason believed his round file chain would cut just as well, but it did not seem to in that tough dry White Oak Cant.
Several other saws of various sizes then unofficially tested with their own chains, and Bret's 460 with his custom ground square file did very well.
Both my saws felt strong, and with the 7 pin I was able to lean on them in that cant, which easily stopped a lot of chains.
