Any idea where you want to end up?My mutt 268. Farmertec case, Warhawk 272 cylinder.
With a base gasket, squish .017, intake 70, exhaust 107, trans 124.
All I did was clean some ridges from the intake and exhaust ports.
Being a $20 cylinder I'm going to attempt to spinny thing it.
Might go, might blow.
I was noodling with the 7900's. They do fit into the stove easier this wayMaking some kindling?
Saw looks good.

Looks like good torque but not much for RPM.
Did you measure compression?
104 124 78 will run quite a bit better and won't take longMy mutt 268. Farmertec case, Warhawk 272 cylinder.

For a mild job, I’m thinking widen the intake and exhaust, raise exhaust a few degrees, and lower the intake floor 8-10 degrees. Go less on the intake if you ever plan to drop the jug.I didnt take compression yet. My guage is at work. Bad thing about being an auto tech, some stuff you just dont want to buy duplicates of to have in both places!
I have no real direction intended for it. I probably should. I guess just a good firewood saw that if I drop a tree on, I wont cry.
As far as rpm, I could likely lean it out a little. Last time I messed with the carb, it was in the 20's. Today when I did the video, it was -8.

I want to...Thanks Kevin.
I dont plan on dropping the jug. Unless you want to buy me a lathe?
Its an easy saw to work on, and parts are cheap so I figured, why not hack on it!
Now dat’s some extree spicy sausage!
Pretty clean saw without much time on it. Said he runs an 18 or 20 on it. Should be pretty good for thatIs that the habanero level or ghost pepper?
Saw looks good and is insano almost psycho[emoji23]
The neighbors ought to like it. She has a nice crackle to her...Pretty clean saw without much time on it. Said he runs an 18 or 20 on it. Should be pretty good for that
