Well it isn't as fast as I thought it would be right out of the gate but I think I was expecting too much with the restricted exhaust as it is.

I bought like 50 sheets of 3-1/2" sips panels that had been left out and were rotten for $100. I cut the osb plywood off so I can use the foam to insulate my shop. With 2" being $40 I figured it would be worth it. At first I tried just prying the plywood off. It took me almost an hour per sheet. I was ready to toss it. Cutting it with a chainsaw was my dads idea. Worked great! I got them all cut in like 6 hours. So I made $2000 today... Sort of....

If I were you, I would be wearing a dust mask as a minimum.

Years ago, asbestos was said to be safe.
God know what they put in foam and I doubt it would do your lungs any good.

Looks to me like that *s-word was half rotten,the foam around here takes a real saw to cut it.

On a side note, that's my old saw that I ported. Lol

The plywood was so rotten on most of the sheets it fell apart as I picked it up.

Yes hand filed. But not recently.
I did a tree job a couple weeks ago and ended stumping a 48" oak.
I havent sharpened it. It was just foam and I didn't know what might be in there.
