Not a Sugi. The Sugi ovals are wider. The buzz is it’s made by Neotec

They sure look like a Sugihara, my first thought was how much do we pay for the Walker name vs. a standard Sugihara, like the Husqvarna labeled Sugi. THEN a guy spammed all over my Facebook group "Chainsaws & Wood craft" about Neo-tec and that Neo-tec is going to market a new light bar. Wonder if their new offering is this and a knock off of a Sugi. Understand I have no clue on this or where these come from.

I'll put a link because his dissertation was quite lengthy. Someone might be interested in that as it MIGHT possibly be related to these bars, I have no clue what they are. Except they sure look Sugi to me!

New cylinder ported by me. It woke up pretty good after the advance. Feels a lot better in the cut and gained a good amount of torque. And a little lean on the high jet.

I tried a foam filter on it to see how it does, there's not enough difference between it and my other one to justify cutting the cover up so I'll be putting the stock filter back on it.

The 372 carb gave it some needed torque, I'm putting a good deal of pressure on the bar. Now I'm going to try and put the OEM filter and cover on it.

UPS brought me like new 590 today, same bar and chain as the one above.

Got the 2 fitty 4 running again, just needed a new carb. Sweet, smooth torquey little saws they are. And VERY simple to work on too!
