You sound like me. Never satisfied lol372 with a couple minor adjustments. Gave it more advance and flattened the primaries. Running an 8 pin with a 24” bar and a somewhat aggressive loop of round filed full comp LGX in seasoned Sugar Maple. I was prying on it hard in the first cross cut and noodle. Has just the right amount of speed torque/forgiveness for my taste. I think im done tinekring for now. Well, maybe a liiitle but more of thissss.. little more o that… lol
Pretty much lol. But this one is done…. Well…. A little moar advance maybe??? Eh…. No… yes, no cant decide! But this thing is done now. Im happy with itYou sound like me. Never satisfied lol
Needs more cow bell, and a little more nitro wouldn't hurt.Pretty much lol. But this one is done…. Well…. A little moar advance maybe??? Eh…. No… yes, no cant decide! But this thing is done now. Im happy with it
Those old Johny Reds are cool. Especially the old 80s and 110s!Here's an old one for you all.
Nice Runner right there!!Better video of the 066 after a sharpen of the stock carlton it was running in the previous video. Rakers are fairly high but it was smooth cutting and not grabby which is nice as well. I picked this saw up with a roached piston, cleaned up the cylinder and threw in a meteor.
@Red97 I was rewatching the pair of 395's dyno video and noticed the odd angle you had the bar set relative to the sprocket. The chain came off the bottom rail during one run. Did you realize and re run it? I wonder how much friction the hard angle on the top point of the bar adds?
