Round and round, round and round, round and round... :icon_domokun:

The horn on the bus goes beep, beep, beep
Beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep

Actually, I was thinking of the song Beep Beep by the Playmates ... my Mom used to have it on a 45 and I would invite my friends over to listen to it ... Great Song!!!

Finally got this Efco 8200 running like an 80cc saw should run - I had to put an 066 carburetor on it, which made a huge improvement.

I have one of these on the list. You think the 066 carb is viable? Nothing too hinky to make it work?

You have to swap the linkages over and drill and tap a boss for an idle screw. I'll send you pictures of how I did the carb. It wasn't too complex and ended up making a
good running saw. The stock carb isn't very good but it's a WJ so there's other better options.

Just messing around with Stihl picco 0.43 semi chisel tinkering as we do..
I cut the "safety humps" off never done it before just seeing if I can improve it's cutting performance nothing extreme.
Guilty I didn't "get the gullet" doing that in harder timber makes for an inefficient chain IMHO. I like the chips staying up flowing in the chain not giving them a massive gullet to pack hard into. Of course softwoods completely different I'm sure getting the gullet works fine then.
It comes stock on ms170's down here I mostly run 3/8 low pro holds up better and can be had for cheap ish.
I don't mind the picco in clean wood.. One negative with it is the narrow kerf it's very susceptible to pinching it doesn't give you much in the way of feedback that the kerf is closing before ya know it ya pinched lol

On a different note... some people don't get how or why .404 holds up better than 3/8?..
It's basic stuffs it's the same for all chain going up in size..
3/8 low pro holds an edge longer than picco, .325 holds an edge longer than 3/8 low pro, 3/8 holds an edge longer than .325 and it's no different for .404 it holds an edge longer than 3/8.
Everyone has experienced an increase in durability going up in chain size nothing magical about it really...

That Cypress I was cutting is dense for pine was in poor rocky ground slow growing I counted well over 70 growth rings.
