Appeal the case.
All I said was that I am not, nor have ever been in violation of any of their terms, had my account back in two days.

They sent you an email. Fill out the appeal like Dave mentioned and they usually turn it back on.

I agree especially shen you hear them 4 stroke in the cut with decent load on them.

It’s usually one of 3 things when that happens: rich, bad chain or too much advance. His saw did sound rich to me though. That said, it’s always better to have a touch extra fuel on the jets than not enough.
