First time ever trying to modify a chain past box values. Cutting fairly dry cherry, just out messing around. Took rakers down so I could fit a .025” feeler gauge under a piece of square tubing bridging the cutters. Sharpened teeth at 50/~33/0. First time using an adjustable grinder as well. Open to recommendations to improve things!

Me likey your log holder.

Gave my Canadian 270 a run 1st time I've started and run it in 8 to 10 years not a bad old saw they get the job done.
Thought I'd see if it still run before I pull it down for a clean up restore I've already painted the top cover.
Ran ok needs a good tune after blowing the cobwebs out.

Forgive me please. Whats a Canadian 270?
It runs real strong. [emoji106]
Canadien spelling mistake by me or my bloody ph.
Canadien 270 made in Canada early 60's 95cc weight 20 lbs. (9.1kg) powerhead only.
It's got a removable head from factory I know from memory I made the squish real tight with different head gaskets.
