I was dickering with a 394, still a long ways to go but had an itch to run it.
Stock intake, carb, mild muffler mod.
Port work and pop up, though numbers are not where I’d like them yet.
Running a 10 pin and pushing hard in Ash.
BTW, YouTube got me too.

Just finished this up today. Epoxied intake. Grabbed a bar and chain on the way out the door trying to beat the rain. Left side cutters need a light touch up. Pulled to the right about an inch or so by the end of the cut. She was getting a little bound up.

First time ever trying to modify a chain past box values. Cutting fairly dry cherry, just out messing around. Took rakers down so I could fit a .025” feeler gauge under a piece of square tubing bridging the cutters. Sharpened teeth at 50/~33/0. First time using an adjustable grinder as well. Open to recommendations to improve things!
