Then I notice oil all over my bench and the bar is dry as hell.

Being it's an 036/360, guess what it was?

So the oil line got redone. Then I used a new looking 036 clutch I had. Then the clutch wouldn't disengage. Then the drum wouldn't come off, so I had to disassemble the entire clutch side again to pry it off.

Then, on the 4th friggin carb that I had to try on this god damn saw, the choke plate was sticking. ,so off came the handle and carb again. Fixed that.

Finally got the damn thing right. It's done and I can't stand looking at it. My number one biggest PITA to date.

2.0 sounds great! Was fat at first, then leaned out a little at the end.
Sounded strong though. Held RPM'S well. [emoji106]

These are the saws that make you step back and ask why the hell do I put myself through this aggravation?

I just got through with one a few weeks ago that was very similar minus the top end issues you had. I'm so glad that friggin thing is gone, didn't make a dime but that's the way it goes sometimes.

Saw turned out great Al.
