US metal buildings. This was a promotional deal, they dont have any of there buildings in the area. It's a 32x60 with upgraded trim and 4in of insulation, under 20k. Bout 1/2 price as the promo. So full price ,40 something

We checked into them as well... inexpensive, but you've definitely got to know how to get a building up yourself!! Beyond our skills..

Yes you do. I had a friend that is a forman at a construction company. He was here helping and reading the prints. We still made some oops, but nothing a few bolts loosened and parts switch didn't solve. Its doable but sure helps to have experience with a kit like this.

Have you come up with a solution for the concrete oil stains?

Either grind it or skim coat it. Will get to that after building is up.

Got all roof purlins on today. Now have to square and plumb, then tighten
the 500+ bolts. Then ready to insulate and sheet!!!!
