Guys not to derail but look up prolotherapy. My father and my two brothers had shoulders and knees fixed without surgery. It depends on the injury but it repairs injured ligaments and tendons without surgery.
I can recommend a great dr for this on the Ct/Ny border if you are in the area.

Hey Guys, I hate to recind this offer, but we just got slammed with a huge bill due to a broken hot water heater and flooded basement. I've got to scrape some cash together to get that stuff paid off, but also wanted to be up front with you all as well. Sorry I can't help out now.

I just had to replace my hot water tank last night......

Update,
the snow has melted and we have started to clean.
Tryin to get stuff around perimeter so wont be walkin or drivin on it.
Plans are for rite now is to have a cleanup day this saturday,27th,for any that can come help.
Please rsvp,make a list here,so we have some idea on numbers for lunch.
