I won't use a saw that I know may have an issue. I'd rather fix the clamp first then run it. Lol
Just bad JuJu.
Can put a 372 or 029 intake clamp on it. Easy cheap fix. Just cut off the plastic snap that sticks up and leave the rest on. New clamp on and fixed. Use moto seal or some other good sealant for cylinder base. Won’t take much longer than a hour of your time.

I can come up with a dozen things that “may” be an issue on your saws too. Don’t run them till I get back to you with a list. It’s bad JuJu...[emoji23]

[emoji106] Just have to navigate through the Hooskie maze. Pull a jug to change a clamp! WTF

If I had a Stihl that MAY have an issue, I wouldn't run it. But this plastic tie wrap issue takes the cake for me. Even Matty says in his video, don't run them til it's fixt. LOL

I'll bring it to the gtg. I want to fit in with the Hooskie fix it tables. LMAO
Guys, if anyone doesn't know I am just busting b*lls 100%, please know this is all just friendly banter.
Kind of like Ford, Chevy, Dodge banter, but we won't go there in this thread. We're derailing it real good right now. Gotta get back to these Husky 262s. Dan's doing a great job so far with these. I am learning lots. [emoji106]
