Not well but it's my video chain.Hows it hold up being that steep ?
I used to do chains real thin top plates and hook on the sides like that ,they cut good like you are saying ,but i was getting a tank or so out of them ,for work i do them a lot less aggressive now .get 5 or so tanks this way .Tortoise and the hare type of thing i guess .Not well but it's my video chain.
I think it's silly to video a saw and say the chain needs touched up.
A chain makes or breaks a saw, ported or stock. Makes no difference how stout the saw is if it's not cutting. When I do a video I try to have the chain as good as I can get it.
That's how i like them for workThis is a 24" chain I use for work.

I couldn't begin to tell you what angle I use,I file free hand and really just started learning how. I get kinda freaky learning stuff,a couple weeks ago I filed for most of 2 days. That's how i like them for work
,Looks real close to mine ,here is a .404 off the grinder ,think the top plate is around 20 degrees on this one .

I'm ordering another one to find out.Very nice job on the easy start model. I hope the jug holds up for him. Also I'm curious of how far you can take a non easy start model with one of those jugs
