30 seconds in the microwave on high and the case will be ready for bearings to drop in!
Takes about two to three minutes to steam away the water out of the paper towel that the bearing is wrapped in and have it at the perfect temperature.

from Husqvarna Service Bulletin B1230023A-07 For improved durability we have changed supplier for the main bearings from SKF to HQW, new part number of bearing with seal 536 78 98-01

Here we go guys, don't know if it's because the bearing have the cage destroyed, but the crank is VERY stiff to turn, seem almost like a stuck bearing, but in reality the bearings seems to turn very smooth, sooooo I will proceed with new bearings and everything, will keep you updated.
Bearings inside are already HQW 👍

Here's some good vids, by a top builder on the subject.
Bearings install on crank
Crank install in case halves and bearing stress relief.
I haven't read through this thread but Impulsive notions prevail.
"Mattyo" has a
Snazzy little puller to suck the crank into the inner race of the bearing. I heat the case(s) drop in the bearing on both case halves. You can check for proper fit before pulling the crank in and there is no relative strain on the bearing cage or need to rush before the heat dissipates.
I rekkon tis obvious I like mine. Cost factor does need to be considered.
P. S. Good videos to learn STUFF

I have this tool, makes a world of difference for me, I don't end up burning my fingers, arms or face, I just get the job done!
Back in the years my beer never lasted long enough to need a coozee. Now I need a Coozee so I can relax and take my time sipping my beer and not be concerned it will get to warm to drink. Somehow Mattyos' gadget lets you set a stress free leisurely pace and not worry that the heat will be a problem, I know what I am trying to say but Hopefully my thoughts will register for some of you. Stumpshot/Tree Monkey/ and most everyone here make it look easy, and their way is faster and cheaper, but there is a bit of satisfaction of knowing you got it right.

New update
Got bearings in,new gaskets, new fuel filter, cleaned everything with Ultrasonic cleaner.
Saw start very good, idle well, but when I push the throttle at wot,It bogs down then spool up,hesistating a bit to reach the max rpm.
I've tried to reset the carb by doing 3 long cuts at full open throttle, and when I finished the saw seems to lose power and the idle was higher than cold, didn't really like the sound of It and shut It off fast.
Spark plug is new,and the colour is now Brown/greyish. Compression is good.
Sprayed some carb cleaner over seals and other possibly air leaks Point but nothing changes. Time for diagnostic? 🤔
Without bar and chain is perfect and spool up fast

No leaks around the bottom of the intake?

The intake seem tight,i will check later this week, the sound It make seems like its missing power from the coil, because at wot the rpm goes up and down.
I'll try It better today and maybe make a video
when rebuilding a saw completly i always do a pressure and vac test to make sure everything is sealed i would definetly reccomand you doing the same and verify if you are running an cmr6h spark plug too
