Ya, I don’t see a problem with it, I just am thinking it could get there! It might land somewhere in the middle too. Will be cool to see what happens!
I also would like to see your Frankenstein saw!

I guess if the compression gets too high, I could run R/C helicopter fuel through an HL-355E... :coleman:

I'm hoping to hit 195-200 with this one Lee. I may put a totally different intake system on it. I'll start it out in stock configuration and see how it does. I may roll it
up later with a Reed 458 sloper manifold and an 084 carburetor.

Nice, I like it.

Figured I’d share this on this section, probably gonna try it on my stock 125 and see what it does. Have been wanting to try this with the OEM intake manifold for a while, the stock manifold seemed like it had some dead air pockets,So I’m curious to see if they’ll be any gains from this, it should at least help throttle response.C47A92CE-B24B-40EE-AB2E-32ABCB4D2D1B.jpeg DBB9E355-B4BE-4599-8336-04ED4799D8B9.jpegB9B52E21-D760-4844-9CBB-687A5E578F6F.jpeg 212BD807-2076-4E76-B590-21C003F95702.jpegC953403B-6EA7-4C05-AFC1-22F693413B03.jpeg
I still have some finish work to do

I'm digging that action. I think the stock manifold has a lot of room for improvement. Even the blocks themselves have a lot of pockets for dead space/dead air.

Thanks. Agreed on the block, may address some of those on a new build, it’s a lot of epoxy work! Lol

Sure is. Out of curiosity, do you use some kind of slow heat process for curing, just let it sit, do layers, a little of each...?
I have been doing a little bit of both, but no heat to cure just give it time, And if I do layers I grind in between so there’s something to bond to

great idea!! Seems like it would help with intake turbulence quite a bit. Will be curios today see how it responds.

Well Jacob, You unraveled a mystery for me. The first pic in this last post. Your cylinder cover has a
reinforcement repair part for the lower screw for the fan housing. I have a few and never knew what
they were for. Thanks Buddy.
