I have to order another 365 for a friend several other guys are going to order different kits on their own.
i let them run mine and now they want them lol
They couldn't believe how inexpensive they are.

I can't wait either, but have to, never built a race saw before and find my tooling not up to the job some times. Trying to plug as many holes as I can. I do enjoy the challenge of going out of my comfort zone and trying new things. Once all the main parts are fabricated it should go better. (I hope)

When we remain part of the equation it generally does not bother me, when they steal our tech and do it all there, well, there should be ramifications.

We used to think we could always farm out the manufacturing and retain the design/engineering skills. Unfortunately, the reality is that often the one doing the manufacturing becomes better at the design/engineering skills, and the one not manufacturing lags.

IMO, manufacturing old things, with quality, at a low cost is a good thing.

Innovation always has to be part of a successful future.

Bearings and seals came in. Bearings are KML brand made in China 6203's, going to try not using the wider Stihl clutch side bearing. Seals are Hyway and the little one is too small. Guess I am a bad seal guesser. May reorder, may just reuse the one that came in the cases. Should have them back tomorrow and be able to play some more...

Seeing that others were experiencing trouble, I figured it be prudent to check out Little China Girls cylinder out. Checked up and down the bore with a ring had .006" to.007" so I am going to call it acceptable. Might give it a light hone job, especially after the piston will stay at the transfer port on its own. So a little bit of deburing ain't the worst in the world to have to deal with.

What threw me off was it said for units with a metal flywheel, Little China Girls flywheel is metal, so... I didn't order the one for the plastic flywheel, which would have been correct. Anyone else unfamiliar with these saws like me and needing seals take note.
