They're prolific in the southeast USA where pine/pulpwood is big. It's all mechanically harvested now but used to be cut by guys with bowsaws... You have to frequent the places that these show up at. ie, farm auctions, estate sales, etc. These are typically hanging on a nail in a barn or garage and covered with 25 years worth of dust...
