@Mattyo don't worry about bringing stuff for 365 assembly tomorrow -- I'm not even home yet tonight so I'll be sharpening saws in the morning or will sharpen at Dans when I get down there. I'll make it just a cutting and BS session ... no need to wrench on anything.

To answer your question -- I've got everything needed to rebuild the saw it's fully disassembled. New bearings, lines, seals, gasket kit, etc. and new crank! (not brand new, but a nice one out of a 371). This saw had needle bearings on the connecting rod at the crank that were shot... it would slop and not turn the flywheel over properly. Dan and I diagnosed it when we tore into it last time the saw was at his place. It's all cleaned and organized for reassembly.

If I head there tomorrow I probably won't be able to get there til about 11:00 a.m. or noon. I have some kid duties between 9:00 and 10:00. I'll get up early and sharpen everything.

I'll let you guys know on the thread if I'm definitely heading there -- as long as my afternoon remains free tomorrow.

Cheers.
