Thanks Dan!! Had a great time. ..sorry I couldn't stay longer.

So....I brought 4 saws.....all broke :(

Lost a starter rope on one...

Aftermarket chainbrake broke on one....

Clutch needle bearing on one....

And I think a new carb would be good on the 372....

the 272xp was running good ...my favorite saw of the day.

the 394xp chainbrake I put on it broke... could be the cold. .... could be the fact that the exhaust port was pretty tight against the chainbrake

the 346xp likely just has the clutch needle bearing that went. it started making a funny noise and the chain was spinning like crazy .... had it tuned to 15.8k. it was a weeeee bit high lol. was cutting like crazy though. @sammynancy777
gonna fix that easy likely

the 181 @Boozer was upgraded to a 288 top end and carb modded, muff modded etc.. ...stupid starter rope was old... and Mason busted it lol.

my 372xp mish mosh that I have for sale I had never put gas in. now it has about 1/2 tank through it. will check comp soon and see if its doing ok. but something is up with either the carb or the ignition. stupid stuff, all part of working out kinks in rebuilt saws.

Sorry I missed it guys, hope no one got frostbite! Looking forward to it when it is warmer.

I think this is the first "public" one I have missed at your place Dan.

Good luck with the repairs Matt, hate working on stuff in the cold, hope you have a warm work shop.

Wish I had another "clean" Asian saw to work on over the past week. They are clean enough to bring into the basement. The rest of it I have to keep out in the cold garage! Even though it is attached, it is not insulated, and has been 30* F all week long.
