Done properly that is an excellent pie. One that the "insiders" would eat at the pizzeria..very thin very light cheese and very well done. Best damn cracker ever made. Yeah I've used those, gotta cook em hot without too many toppingsDeeter. These wrap shells make excellent pizza crusts. You'd be surprised what can be out if them...

Grab a 3/4" slab of mild steel and throw it on that. Pizza cooks best by conduction and lots of it. Weld up a little "stand" and cook right in the open fire. Awesome. A pizza "stone" works well too. I've done them on the grill too.Yeah I've used those, gotta cook em hot without too many toppings
