6. Pic of the base where it was shaved down to the fin on one corner. By measuring the base and comparing it to two other cylinders I have here it appears the took off somewhere in the neighborhood of .090 on average, I say this because you can tell just by looking that the base isn't square.20170918_065817.jpg

7. Pic of the pop up and wierd scuffing on intake side.20170918_065927.jpg 20170918_065943.jpg

8. One last jug pic, cause everybody likes jugs....20170918_065722.jpg

So what do y'all think of this *s-word.....

That corner is thinner normally. They used a cut off wheel or end mill burr like you said to work the uppers. The corner with the square corner is normally about .289" from my notes and had one at .312" with 7 jugs I have notes on.

Yeah I measured one of my good ones right at that 289 mark, this jug was right around 190

Those upper transfers are a train wreck. That cylinder is pretty much garbage unless a person wants to invest a lot of JB weld.

Flywheel is still usable. I'm curious what the timing numbers are on that jug? How well did it run?

Guy said it ran great but I went in for a preliminary inspection and I found some questionable things, so I went ahead and tore it apart. I couldn't get a spacer made for my timing wheel so I tore it apart without getting numbers

I may have to take you up on that, I have a 2165 I'm building for 3 cuts at a time so I may put this flywheel on it and get another one for this one
