Are there any cracks in the flywheel? I see some lines but don't know if they are real cracks. if so you may not want to use it

Just casting lines I believe, I inspected them pretty closely

I have several flywheels, that you're more than welcome to. I have some other parts as well- I may even have a cylinder.

I appreciate all the offers guys but I bought this saw fully knowing that it could be a basket case. I will keep you all in my mind when I go to look for parts but I will be paying you all for what I need.....

Well, here's the best I was able to do with the lowers, I don't have a right angle hand piece so all I did was make sure the uppers were chamfered well. Cleaned up and blended the exhaust/intake. The exhaust port was only raised at the cylinder wall and the rest of the port was untouched. Same with the Intake except it was lowered. The surface finish on the exhaust port looks bad in the pics, but it's decently smooth.
None of the numbers were changed....

Looks decent. Give it a run... If it ran before it should run again.
