I'm not sure how @Red97 does his but my plan was to bring the piston to the bottom and bolt it on, I don't think a hair off is going to matter unless the piston is real close to hitting the case or the counter weights.What keeps the new cylinder centred on the case lads? Looks like it relies on very careful base hole elongation and nothing else?
