I've been making sausage like crazy. Mis ordered a processor pack of casings . I think Sunday I'm going to give making salami a try.

Anyone can zoom in on Ken’s pics early in this thread. No serial # present.
No serial # can mean 3 things:
Stolen saw, filed off.
Replacement cases.
AM cases.

His was definitely not filed off and both other options are inconsistent with John’s story (color me surprised).

Three men stood in my garage that day. We had the Reilly saw, my 440 build off saw and an OEM 440.
We compared all cases, recoils, flywheels and coils.
We saw no part numbers where they belonged on the Reilly saw and my build off saw, the two were a perfect match.
It was unanimous between us all.

In all honesty, I am kinda rooting for John. Now before a the key board warriors get to mashing this keyboard screens. Hear me out. I usually root for the bad guy in most cases. Why? I want them to become a better person from their wrong. Not all *f-word ups, stay that way. I'm proof. Took some years away from me to learn that. (or whatever 23 possibility of choices there are now) A Man will apologize because he understands his wrong doing and Makes strives to NEVER DO IT AGAIN. A sorry person is just that sorry. Sorry for their behavior but never willing to change. Eating your own shiit sucks. Eating someone else's shiit is is worse. And I would never expect another man to do that sitting down. I feel for you Ken. I'm glad it's not me! With flights being soo cheap right now, like a $100 round trip. I would've flown down gotten my money back in hours or he would porting saw with one working hand and another smashed so bad, that he couldn't wipe his own ass with it.

This was a couple weeks ago. I don’t have any other blends. Just grandmas old recipe But yeah I’m down to the last two hogs. The pictures of the whole hogs might creep someone out so I won’t post those. But maybe after extensive processing I’ll add them
