IIRC I thought @Mastermind said the ones he was trying to get were turned away. I personally think they should be able to be sent where ever when ever cause all it is, is a power tool.

I am all for making more efficient/cleaner things but not at the expense of longevity and durability. Seems a little counter productive to make something 'cleaner' and then it lasts half as long as its 'dirty' counterpart which uses fewer/less exotic types of materials/technology and is easier to manufacture/repair/recycle. I like the //// by the way.

take the 462 tags off, put 461 tags on, put it in a 461 box.

take saw apart, ship in 2 or 3 boxes a week apart.

How did they know what model it was? What did you write on the customs slip?

I only write „used chainsaw“.

Maybe the customs were not the Problem,
DHL returned it because it is a „dangerous good“ and they don’t fligh with that.

I am going to speculate that DHL was the problem. I have sent several older chainsaws with the Swedish post, used chainsaw written on the slip, and never had a problem.
