I have one I'll be tearing into soon.
Did you have to reset the auto-tune after you put it all back together? Or have to do anything else before the first fire up?

I did not have it reset, I left the base gasket out which gave me .018 squish, also made another hole in the muffler alongside the original.
It ran very rich on first start up and would die if throttle were touched, but it got better & better each time started up, before the first tank of gas was gone it was running great, there's four tanks through it now and it runs fantastic.

Thats good to know, I have my Dads to redo.
The muffler cracked and then wobbled out the screw holes in the jug. I found a different jug incase I can't fix get a Heil-coil in there.

it depend Brian, I only know one rebuild who had to be reset by autotune program.
My 3 builds started without reset, one where lean scored, second one where straight gas scored and the last one where carbon scored.
