Just a thought. If it will not go in the direction you want, try coaxing it in the opposite direction a bit. Maybe the foreign object is hung up in the port or something. Probably going to have to get a little physical with it. You can't make an omelet with out breaking a few eggs first, and this things already broken, so there ya go. Persistence will win the day! I was thinking Zirk to a plate that seals the exhaust port easier them modifying a plug to me. And then pump. My question with this sense the piston is below some ports will the grease fill the crank case as well? And then wouldn't it have a chance to find an exit with less resistance?

You need to pump grease on top of the piston to fill the combustion chamber. The idea is to lift the cylinder off the top of the piston or to force the piston back down.

Corey, even of you fill the whole crankcase with grease, no biggie. A soak in mix will soften it all and it will come back out safe. Do NOT use synthetic grease, plain old red and tacky would be fine and clean up easier.

I don't have an impact but I did try a breaker bar and tapping it with a dead blow. I did not get too aggressive though

Either that piston is buggered up and stuck or that nut is jammed under the crank preventing it from going either way

Ive did the same thing before and the nut was jammed under the crank but I was able to twist the head around to get the piston/ring broke free from the cylinder. Cylinder cleaned up but I needed a piston/ring

The way I am reading it the piston is low enough that the transfer ports are open allowing the greease to fill the crankcase. Maybe I read it wrong though.

Yes the piston is low enough you can see the top part of the transfers. I earlier asked if grease can travel around the transfer filling the crank. I don't know if the bottom half of the piston would seal the bottom transfers so the grease would only bulk pressure in the combustion chamber only?

I just checked mine and the transfers will be well covered with the piston in its current position.
