But it is not mine. I think I will be buying a saw or paying for some major repairs real soon. This is why I am so sick over this. It's just an 076. In the words of junkman, "CRUSH IT".

I do have a rubber dead blow I have been tapping in every directionand angle possible.A rubber mallet is real handy in a situation like this.
I don't know not my saws. I was just doing some.minor repair and cleaning and screwed it up.Red armour 32:1?
What Dave said...... Double nut the studs and remove them.If you have enough exposed stud a the top of the cylinder double nut them and try to remove the bolt entirely from the case, this might not work as some heads had a threaded insert from the factory that will not come up through the cylinder holes.
Wiggling this around enough to bend the studs will normally destroy the top of the case unless it is a the style that has the inserts.
I have torn maybe ten of those apart down to bare cases and a stuck piston really sucks, even without a foreign object.

Probly have to poke in through the ports with a Dremel and clean up any burrs. Jug should come right off.
If not...... a close inspection and wiggling up and down should tell you where it is hung. Don't go beating the piss out of it yet
