Can you see anything through the plug hole? If you can't, up may be you direction of choice.

If you have enough exposed stud a the top of the cylinder double nut them and try to remove the bolt entirely from the case, this might not work as some heads had a threaded insert from the factory that will not come up through the cylinder holes.
Wiggling this around enough to bend the studs will normally destroy the top of the case unless it is a the style that has the inserts.
I have torn maybe ten of those apart down to bare cases and a stuck piston really sucks, even without a foreign object.

Lol!! U aint right. I feel bad for Corey as Ive been where he is

But it is not mine. I think I will be buying a saw or paying for some major repairs real soon. This is why I am so sick over this.
I did say sorry. See it? Bottom left?

Don't get frustrated Corey. Just gotta figure out where it's bound up at. Slow and steady wins the race

If the ring is between the intake and exhaust you should be able to insert a screw driver through the exhaust port and pry the cylinder up against the piston. Sounds like it's shot anyways but place a rigid object against the roof of the exhaust to protect the cylinder.

just spitballin' here, I never tried this but a pointed punch to the top of the piston, off center and to side of piston from ports might break the piston into pieces and release the pressure against the walls and let you get it apart
I'm not advocating beating up the inside of your saw with a hammer but......??
A piston is cheaper than anything else you might bust up forcing it apart.

What Dave said...... Double nut the studs and remove them.

Probly have to poke in through the ports with a Dremel and clean up any burrs. Jug should come right off.

If not...... a close inspection and wiggling up and down should tell you where it is hung. Don't go beating the piss out of it yet

It's not possible to double but the studs. Not enough exposure and fins restrict anything other than a socket on the nuts.
