I guess at $30 for a whole kit, it's a no brainer. In all honesty to those that run them, does the 3/8" wider "wide cover" make a noticeable difference in chip clearance aside from noodling?

It looks way cooler sitting on my shelf, so that's a plus! In all seriousness, outside of noodling I couldn't say if there's a difference but when you are noodling the difference is huge. My dad's 372 would plug up pretty quickly while noodling while my Dubya doesn't really. For the dudes who are cutting 2 feet above their heads it may help the chips fly farther, but for the average Joe I'm not sure that the difference is noticeable.

I'm rebuilding/upgrading a Jonsered 2150 (Husqvarna 350) and planning to put a 346xp cylinder on it. What's the best cylinder to buy for this type of upgrade? It looks like there's a few different 346 cylinders to choose from. Thanks!

Can you folks possibly tell me what prices are running for good 266's nowadays? Ive got a good clean one here with a full wrap that I'm thinking about selling. Needs a new chain brake band and the muffler is missing the bolt on deflector. It's pretty loud without that deflector! Runs pretty good though.

266's aren't hard to find, but the top covers themselves sure can be... I need about 10 if I build out all the short blocks I have on the shelf... LOL

So on above saws they all have the blue 13,300 RPM coils.
I do know the grey version is AT only.
As I've read many other models will interchange. Are the early black 372 coils limited and to what RPM. I've seen 12,500 but can't confirm. Any other suggestions on models to try and achieve the 13,300 mark?

Plenty of em in my area. Almost every farmer has one. Also was one of the most sold saws before feller bunchers and delimbers really started to take over the logging industry.
