Just snag the husky 580, it's pretty much the same as the redmax 8500, which is an awesome machine.
I've had my redmax for over 20yrs now, usually starts 1st or 2nd pull. I ran a tank and a half thru it last week, it started second pull after not being ran for a couple months.
Besides, you need more of the right orange in your hoard.

Redmax blowers are nice machines. Which one do you have?

Not sure, it was the biggest made back then(4001, 5001?). Two recoils(mainly because it was stored outside), a couple fuel lines/filters, and a grommet and it's still a beast. I think last yr I replaced the spark plug because it wasn't getting spark(can you believe that after 20yrs), only to find out it was one of the wires to the switch came loose, that was a few bucks wasted lol.
