All I can go by is my invoice the charges shown and the total price which shows a 592XP at $1095 + 6.5% Husky surcharge of $72

It's called sarcasm and was in response to your comment that the sale price already included a 6% surcharge.

Husqvarna has implemented a TEMPORARY freight surcharge of 6.5% on ALL SHIPMENTS as of March 31, 2022. As a result, the below prices have been increased by 6% until this temporary surcharge is suspended.

"Have been increased" leads me to believe the surcharge is already in the prices listed.
"Will be increased" would probably be more appropriate.
