Thanks for the info Mason, but you need to clarify which saws were in the official competition, (not over 80 cc and running the factory B+C).

Larger ccs, hot ground chain, pipes, etc should be IDed.

That White Oak cant was tough, I can't believe how well I did (with 77 cc saws) against some much larger ones.

FYI, the jugs on both my MOFO 460 and CFB Hybrid are .046-D jugs.

That cant was very dry and hard for sure Mike. I can only say for my 7900 and David Young’s “red” 372 they were running my round work chain I handfiled. The 572 was running stock round c85 that had some cuts on it.

You knew this was coming Mason, why didn't you bring an adapter for the B+C everyone else used?

Did you think your round file would compete with square (off the roll)???

I ran a box chain that I bought from Steve. He spun it up so I could try the bar. Oregin EXL. I did nothing to the chain.
Regular fuel at 32:1. Honda HP2 oil. 660 wss tuned fat with a work tune.
That's it. I gots nothing to hide.
10.3 seconds in the Oak cant.

Nothing wrong w round mason, so far I love the new husky chain like the one I sent you and for the price I don't think I can beat it here locally.
Round all I run so far for work. I think the square guys might even like c85 too for race chain or just to convert to square if they wanted to. The rakers are thinner looking than oregon or stihl chain.
