Life is speeding up and careening towards the twins' due date. Gotta get this thing off the bench and between getting a shop built and the honey-do list I don't have time to geek out on it. Interested in a recommendation for an affordable top end rebuild kit that doesn't require any further tear down or modification OR a quote for someone to get it up and running. Appreciate all the knowledge y'all have shared so far. Thx.

Congrats on the family!!!
I've "done" exactly one saw in my life- my 2001-vintage 350. Piston and cylinder were good- just went all the way to bearings and seals in the spirit of "in for a penny, in for a pound". I think it's the "perfect" chainsaw if you're not a West Coast logger. I can't comment on the bewildering array of rebuild kit options. Only that I agree with every one who has said or implied that you won't be sorry with OEM or "high-end", name-brand aftermarket. Spend $35 and you'll eventually find out what came with the $135 choice that you didn't make...
