yeppers ...
Did exactly this last night actually. Not totally unrelated here, I've lengthened the throttle rod on all of my 346/350/2152/2153 saws and I prefer the feel of the trigger compared to stock. You will get a little bit of pushback on the trigger if you really dog in and compress the AV but overall I like it better. I never liked the amount of dead trigger before it starts opening the throttle plate the way they're setup stock. It doesnt take much, just tweak the last two 90* bends before it enters the handle and it helps a lot IMHO.
Bummer. Will you share your findings please I got a 350 that's going to probably need something like this to.So I fueled it tonight only to find it has an air leak.
Gonna tear it down now
Whats your plan of attack on making them stay?I have my dads 350 in the basement for the 3rd time? ugh.... cylinder head bolts were loose for some reason....again

I was going to try and fix my 345 up and make it into a 350, but I am having 2nd thoughts now. Maybe it just isn't worth it.
I gotta try and just fix that intake boot clamp. Saw runs fine otherwise. For a stock, OEM Clamshell.
