Shindaiwa EB240 leaf blower - won't throttle up...

Hi and thanks for having me!
I have a Shindaiwa EB240 blower and it won't throttle up - dies out when given full throttle. I've put on a new carb, plug and fuel lines. I'm getting good spark and the spark arrestor is clean. The primer bulb is full with no major air bubbles. It's making me crazy! What am I missing? Any help or direction would be most appreciated!!! Thanks.

Welcome to the forum!! How old is the blower (helps give an idea of how much use it may have had). When you changed your fuel lines did you put a new fuel filter on it? How does your air filter look? Is your idle speed set to around 2,300-2,500 rpm? Might be an issue with the low/high jet settings. I have used the video below to chase down some issues I have run into.

Thanks for the video, Merkava and Hacskaroly, both are excellent!!
It's an old machine maybe 15 years old, but hasn't been used for about half that time.
It has new fuel filter.
After looking at both of the videos there still wasn't much I could do differently.
I think maybe it's time to call it a day... it won't start at all now, even with ether - I'm stumped.
