I think I’d stay around 120 and keep the Bambi killin’ To inside 400..
not that it wouldn’t do the job. But 450 with a 110 was a little greedy. What was the twist on those 140’s at 600?
That you did. Congrats on the nice buckView attachment 152997After more than 16 years of hunting I've got a wall hanger!!
Last couple hours of the last day of season here. I've seen him around for 3 or 4 years, today was first time with a rifle in my handsThat you did. Congrats on the nice buck
Now that you reduced the horde, post pics of your harvests with that new combo next rifle season! [emoji1662]Story - I had 2 350's for sale at chainsaw repair group and my website for like 5mins. Well local seen it and wanted one. He had all of this for 400. I wanted 200 for each saw.
He said he would take 1 saw and 150 to boot. I said I have the cash but if you want both saws I will take 50 less on 2nd one and trade straight up.
We went ahead and did the trade. I think I did ok myself.
Anyone own one?
Savage Axis .308. Has mcarbo trigger springs in it, the trigger is quite nice now he says. https://www.mcarbo.com/savage-axis-trigger-spring-kit.aspx
It’s got a Vortex Crossfire 2 4-12x44 on it and added a picitanny base. 149 rounds go with it. http://www.vortexoptics.com/product/crossfire-II-4-12x44-with-dead-hold-bdc-moa-reticle
