Meh. At least you're in gear. Rev her up to about 2200, pop into neutral and hit 2nd at about 1900. Won't be long you'll be in high range.

If anyone of you guys have an itch for an 032, I have one here.
150 psi and hot spark. Went thru the carb four or five times.
Used to run but not idle. Now it won't run at all for me.
Prolly needs crank seals.
Money pit, it has been.

Stupid cylinders are hollow.
They fatigue over time. Stupid design, unlike Goss cylinders, which are solid stainless steel! Built to actually last 40 years if needed.
Should take us about 12 hours tomorrow to replace.
If we can remember how we did it last time..

My nephew borrowed my utility trailer a couple of weeks ago. Called him last night about bringing back.
Uhhh, it's got a flat tire, He says.
Calls back later and tells me the sidewall is leaking because of dry rot.
Ok. I can accept that. The tire is about 10 years old. Still has like new tread though. About 4 thousand miles on it or less. It sits a lot.
I don't mind stuff breaking on my shift and I don't blame my nephew for it either.
But it's still irritating.
