if not I will start searching for an air leak.
$20 or so dollars at Harbor Freight for a brake bleeder, and maybe $5 for a blood pressure cuff on ebay will put you in business. I don't remember who from this thread schooled me on the BP Cuff, but it was a life saver. Saved me a lot of coin.

I take it the bp cuff seals the intake and exhaust up?

On my old 346, we only ran .325 as that's how it came and I never changed it. I am impressed at how Dad's MMWS 346 pulls a 20" bar of 3/8" but will end up buying a 16 bar for balance and crank loading... I do think that the .325 chain cut more smoothly. I've been pretty impressed with the 3/8lp chains on the 201T though and can't help wondering if that would effectively waste less power in the kerf than the other two. I'm just not sure how the smaller teeth would stand up to the chain speed and torque of the 346...
Bryan, I have been back and forth with this on 346's stock & ported & it really is
too close to matter. If racing use 3/8, if cutting firewood use either.

I run regular .325 on one & 3/8 on the other two.
.325 on an 18" bar is hard to beat.

+1 on the 18" bar.
That little extra reach makes a ton of difference when you're dealing with 16" long firewood.
It's long enough to noodle those forks so the splitter don't have to.
And it don't add but an ounce or 2 of weight.

Yep, I have a couple 16" bars to get rid of.

The stihl bar in 18"x.325 runs 74 driver links. The Husky runs 72. If I bought 73 DL chains, once they stretched a bit, wouldn't they work on both bars?
