Nice oak log. Nice ones like that are not very plentiful around here...

Wish I had a way to load it somehow but the weight is too much for anything I have. Water was spraying out when I was splitting it. Loaded up what was already split in the yard and put it away in the barn to start drying out for maybe next burn season. I was cutting the rounds too thick, hard to split when you are making them 20" or so. Maybe 8 or 9 rounds left on that one log and several on the other that is there. It is where all the branches converged and I will just have to cut it into pieces to load. Probably have to use the splitter.
