I heard rain hitting the roof last night about 11, sounded like a decent amount coming down. I will have to wait until I get out and about to see how much is in the gauge. It's the first rain in about 5 weeks for me. Looks like a large cell is moving through Kansas right now, hoping that it will stay south enough to drop some more here.

Moved the steers out here today after birthday party lunch time. Got a month before butcher date, curious as to hanging weight on these ones. 2022 crop, over 30 months so no T-bones but I stopped getting those last time anyway.

I am not a livestock judge, but those are good looking cattle to me...

Question about diesel fuel. Last time I was at the Stamp I needed to fill up my fuel can.
The convenience store had 2 types at the pump. #2 and off road red type. They were out of the #2 so I bought 5 gallons of the red. Is it ok to run the red type in my Bolens diesel?

Got some much needed moisture last night according to the gauge. Trying to decide what is highest on the list to get started on today right now while on my 5th or so cup of coffee. These steers have some good size to them as seen flanked by the bulls this morning.
