We got heavily doused this evening....lights even went out for a couple seconds......it cooled down to a soggy yucky °75.

I always enjoy it when the lights go out, my wife panics that her phone will not be able to charge.

If either of the 2 oldest girls are here, it’s full on crisis mode.

Get to picking. Cobbler time for the 4th.
I have been spraying pastures & crp for my friend & he has probably 5 acres of blackberries in one patch of crp.

They were really heavy with unripened berries.

I told him I wasn’t spraying them because maybe someone wanted to pick them.

The wild raspberries aren’t as prolific this year.

Good evening y’all. After over 20 years, my little Shindaiwa 22t weed trimmer is finally starting to give me trouble. It was getting hard to start. Just put a carb kit in and a new plug. Good spark. Tank vent is unrestricted. No air filter in place at time of testing. Cold compression is a bit over 120 psi. Still tough to start. As I’m typing this, I realize I overlooked the exhaust. I need to pull it.

They are very exhaust sensitive.

Mine was like a shotgun went off in the cab last Sunday.
I have had 3 blow out ( 1 steer & 2 drives) on the semi & that’s what they sounded like, as well as stirring up some dust in the cab.

Air bags are just as bad, especially when your standing beside the trailer.

I was in the caves down to Bonner Springs, standing by the trailer & an air bag blew out on the trailer. It stirred up lots of dust & ddg.
