For all the skid steer folks..................old 843B Bobcats...............what the heck does the center foot peddle do?

does it go side to side or front to back? My guess is auxiliary hydraulics

Well, it’s been rescheduled to Friday because of weather.

It goes front to back and stays wherever it is. Meaning, it doesn't spring back into place like the foot pedals that control the boom. It's got a threaded rod that runs back under the seat.

This one is bare enough it doesn't have anything on the hydro levers to move the thing.

I still think it is for the ejection seat. May not have been hooked back up after a previous use.

Well *s-word. I went to that site and it wasn't fully loading on my PC's. Browser must've been doing too much blocking. It worked on my tablet. Didn't try that. Oops.
