The owner of that 45-70 had a couple inches and a couple hundred pounds on me. He loaded those rounds with the slowest IMR #. Bit of flash, not a lot. Missed out on op to fire a 45 Browning rifle once. They were coming out of firing points when I was heading in. Regulated by conservation dept. over sight, with speaker directions
The only Taurus I ever had was a 22lr/22mag wheel gun with a 6" barrel. I thot I could use it when teaching new shooters. Only gal I had try it couldn't pull the trigger. It was the worse trigger I have ever seen. When guns were really hard to get it went to a new owner for $200.00 more than I paid for it.Good afternoon y'all. Any of you tried the Taurus guns? I carry a 709 Slim. The trigger pull is way too long in my opinion. Very dependable though. Great bang for the buck.
